Music is sound in motion, and our bodies are instruments in their own right. This workshop is for people who like to try new things, take on challenges, and enjoy rhythm.

Our bodies produce a variety of sounds. Timing and coordination are developed and, along the way, we get an idea of how body percussion can be easily integrated into the sound of our own choir.
